Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Sothis Insights, operated by Mohamed Hassan. By engaging in any services, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Service Description

Sothis Insights provides services in data engineering, analytics, market research, and strategic advisory. The exact scope of work is defined and agreed upon for each engagement.

3. Engagement & Scope

Each project is subject to a written agreement or confirmation outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing. Any changes to scope may result in adjustments to timelines and fees.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are agreed upon prior to the start of the engagement.Unless otherwise stated:

  • Invoices are payable within [e.g., 15 or 30 days]
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely access to relevant data, systems, and stakeholders required for the successful delivery of services.

6. Changes to Scope

Any changes to the Services must be agreed in writing andmay result in changes to timeline or fees.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during the engagement will be treatedas confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without priorconsent, unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Deliverables remain the property of the client upon full payment
  • Sothis Insights retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and know-how

9. Limitation of Liability

Sothis Insights provides services on a best-effort basis.While care is taken to ensure accuracy and quality, no guarantee is made regarding specific business outcomes. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract by written notice ifthe other party commits a material breach and fails to remedy it within 30 days. On termination the Client shall pay all fees due for work done up to the termination date and return or destroy all Sothis Insights materials.

11. Data Protection

Sothis Insights will comply with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Client is the “data controller” and Sothis Insights may act as “processor” (or sub-processor) depending on the agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

13. Business Structure Disclosure

Hassan, Mohamed, entrepreneur and founder of Sothis Insights, operates through the following business cooperative:
